What we take over as your PPC agency

PPC stands for pay-per-click. You pay each time someone clicks your ad, and the ad shows up when a shopper searches for what you sell. For online stores, most paid search revenue comes from Google, so that is where we put our team. We do the work ourselves, your team only approves.

Search campaigns

Keywords with buying intent, ad copy and negatives. Brand searches run apart from new-customer searches.

Shopping ads

Product ads with image and price, fed by your Merchant Center feed and grouped by margin.

Performance Max

Google's automated campaign across all its channels, set up with brand exclusions and a target ROAS above your break-even.

Search terms

We read the search terms reports every week and exclude queries that cost money and sell nothing.

Product pages and checkout

Same traffic, more orders. We optimize the pages your ads land on.

Measurement in your shop

We reconcile the ad account with your shop backend and report revenue after returns.

The full picture of the account work, from structure to bidding, sits on our page as a Google Ads agency.

PPC, SEO and paid social: where each one fits

Store owners often weigh these three against each other. They answer different questions. PPC catches people who already search for your product. SEO earns free clicks on the same searches over time. Paid social puts your product in front of people who were not searching yet.

For a catalog with hundreds of products, paid search brings sales fastest because the buyer already typed the product name. We focus on that paid search part and on the revenue it leaves in your shop.

Google or Microsoft Advertising: where the searches are

Paid search in the US runs on two networks: Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, which serves ads on Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo. According to StatCounter, Google held 86.1% of US search in August 2026. On desktop the picture shifts:

Search engineAll devicesDesktop only
Google86.1%81.99%
Bing8.92%12.82%
Yahoo2.74%3.36%
DuckDuckGo1.70%1.42%

For most stores, the bulk of search revenue comes from Google, and that is our focus. Bing matters more when your buyers shop at a desk, for example B2B orders or high-ticket carts. Microsoft Advertising can import search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns straight from Google Ads, so a clean Google account is the base for both.

Why your ad platforms report more revenue than your shop

Each ad platform counts the orders it touched. Google Ads credits a purchase to an ad click within 30 days by default. A paid social platform uses its own window and also counts orders after someone only viewed an ad. If one shopper saw both, both platforms claim the same order.

SourceRevenue reported
Google Ads$60,000
Paid social platform$40,000
Sum of platforms$100,000
Shop backend, same month$80,000
Shop backend after 15% returns$68,000

In this example the platforms claim $32,000 more than you keep. An agency that reports platform ROAS can show growth while your bank account stays flat. We measure in your shop backend, minus returns, and that is also where we count our guarantee.

Who we work with

We work with 15 brands at most at the same time. We fit best when:

  • you run your own online store and paid search is one of your largest channels,
  • your catalog has many products with different margins,
  • your ad account and your shop report different revenue,
  • brand searches and new customers run through the same campaigns,
  • you want to grow without raising your ad budget.

The guarantee applies from $3M in annual revenue and $30,000 in monthly ad spend. Below that, you can still book a call, and we show you which starting point fits your brand.

How working with us runs

  1. 01

    Intro call with Tobias

30 minutes with our co-founder. We look at your numbers. If we don't see the $100,000, we don't offer the guarantee.

  2. 02

Day 0: lock in the baseline

We audit account, feed and tracking and fix the baseline: the same 90 days last year, plus your trend.

  3. 03

Day 1 to 14: stop the waste

Cut spend on buyers who would come anyway and on queries that never convert.

  4. 04

    Day 15 to 45: rebuild

Campaigns, feed and budget split get rebuilt. You get a detailed review on day 30.

  5. 05

    Day 46 to 89: scale

Budget moves into the searches and products that earn contribution margin. You get a status update every week.

  6. 06

Day 90: measure in your shop backend

Revenue minus returns against the baseline. +$100,000 or all three monthly retainers back.

Results from paid search

We have managed $720M in revenue. At NuBest, brand and new customers were mixed and Shopping was left unused. We restructured Google Ads, reworked the feeds and steered budget by profit. If Shopping carries most of your sales, read our page as a Google Shopping agency. If Performance Max eats your budget, our PMax agency page covers the audit.

Revenue +90%. Same budget.

ROAS 2.5 → 5.5 after restructuring Google Ads and feeds

Google Ads profitable within a month.

Full data clarity in 30 days

$100,000 to around $600,000 monthly revenue.

Acquisition cost $220 → $100

Retainer back guarantee

+$100,000 revenue in 90 days at the same ad spend.

No +$100,000 on day 90? All three monthly retainers back. Measured in your shop backend, not the ad account.

The guarantee starts at $3M annual revenue. You can still book a call below that. See the conditions

How to spot a good PPC agency

Partner badges show that an agency passed Google's exams. They don't show whether it grows your profit. Ask these five questions on the first call:

  1. Where do you measure success? In the ad account, or in my shop backend after returns?
  2. How do you split brand and new customers? And how much of my current ROAS comes from brand searches?
  3. Do you know my break-even ROAS? An agency that never asks for your margin sets targets blind.
  4. Who works on my account? Senior people, or rotating account managers?
  5. What happens if you miss the target? Does the agency carry any of the risk?

We see ourselves as a growth partner: we carry the risk and get measured on your shop revenue. See our results for more brands.

PPC agency questions

What does a PPC agency do?

It plans, builds and optimizes paid ads on search engines: keywords, ad copy, Shopping ads, bids and budget. A good one measures the result in your shop, after returns.

What is the difference between PPC and SEO?

PPC ads show as soon as they are live and cost money per click. SEO improves your organic rankings, costs no money per click and takes months to work.

Should I advertise on Bing as well as Google?

According to StatCounter, Bing held 8.92% of US search across all devices and 12.82% on desktop in August 2026. Stores with many desktop buyers can test it once the Google account runs clean.

How much does your PPC management cost?

That depends on the size and starting point of your brand. After the intro call you get a fixed offer in writing, before anything starts.

How fast will I see results?

In the first 14 days we stop spend that brings no new revenue. Rebuild and scaling follow until day 89. On day 90 you count the result in your shop backend.

We are under $3M in annual revenue. Can we still work together?

Yes. Book a call. The guarantee starts at $3M, and we find the right starting point together.

How much revenue sits in your paid search?

On the intro call Tobias looks at your numbers and tells you whether we see the $100,000. 5 quick questions, then book straight with Tobias.
