Analyse accounts

You find where budget leaks and where the potential is, based on numbers and not on gut feeling.

Build and manage campaigns

Shopping, Performance Max and Search. Structure, bidding strategies, feed, ads and tests.

Think in profit

You steer for margin and contribution, not only for ROAS. You know when growth matters more than efficiency.

Automate

You spot what repeats and build or use scripts and AI tools so it no longer runs by hand.

Report results

You explain to Cem what happened, why, and what comes next, clearly and without fluff.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads in e-commerce, especially Shopping and Performance Max
  • You think in margin, contribution and new customers, not only in ROAS
  • You read data on your own and turn it into decisions
  • You work independently and deliver without reminders
  • Very good German and good English, spoken and written
A plus
  • Experience with Google Ads Scripts or GAQL
  • Merchant Center and feed optimisation
  • You use AI in your daily work
